it was a really special night last night — celebrating and cheering on all the cancer survivors including my husband, Scott.

Life beyond cancer is good for us, so sometimes when I attend events like these it’s tough on me emotionally. It brings up some of the old emotions and memories that i would rather stay out of my mind. It’s probably good for everyone to reconnect with memories or experiences and continue with the perspective it gives you.

Scott looked dashing in his Hugo Boss borrowed suit — and it was just a party atmosphere! It’s a blessing to be where we are — and I am thankful for it each and every day.
