I thought we could all use a little Salt n Pepa this AM- Push It!
Today’s workout was great. It was made for me — and i love wins like that. So often the workouts are super challenging and I leave feeling like I could have done better if only. Well when I see 2 skills that I get and know I can do, I get giddy! Yee Haw!

- 10 KB Swings
total: 15 rounds
Then when we were good and worn out, we did a few mins of double under practice to end the session, with the thinking that when you are so worn out, you can’t fight the double under — it just happens.
