Mobility, Bacon and My Back – What?!

My back is tight from all the work this past week. Its not hurt, but I can definitely tell I used those back muscles. You can rest assured I will be doing extra mobility to help ease it. But I needed my workout today — so off I went! I’m glad I did. It’s true what they say, it’s hard to be mad at yourself for getting a great workout in.

This is a pic of me and my dad from his recent visit. Looking at it reminds me how fast time is flying for us all.  Make sure you stop and smell the roses, reach out to those people that you have strife with, forgive those that you feel have done you wrong because in the end — you become better for it.
