Defining 2012
Although I have resumed life as usual after the holidays, I am still recovering from this pesky flu. But fear not – here’s something heartwarming to read –

What about your moments? Make sure before we get too much further into January, that you take time to reflect on the past year and focus it on all the good and life changing moments that happened in your life. 2012 is gone so no point in dwelling on the shit that happened or the stuff you didn’t do. Think about all the good that happened — no matter big or small moments. In the game of life, those are sometimes the most meaningful things when it comes right down to it.
So, here’s some homework: I want you to write down 5-10 Great Memories/Accomplishments/Moments from 2012 for YOU. Not what your kids think is awesome or the news — what are your defining moments of 2012 for <Insert Name Here>.

This was a tough day for me — I am still having issues catching my breath, so I took it slow and steady instead of full on intensity. Sometimes you have to slow down to speed up.
