I am going to share something that will shock some people who know me and see me day in and day out. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a new year but I am lacking some serious motivation and inspiration in certain aspects of my life. I just don’t feel jazzed about stuff that I used to and I don’t like it.
So like the person I am — I need to figure out what I can do to get back my mojo because I can’t stay like this — it makes me miserable.
So like any good social media person, I Googled finding inspiration and motivation and came across these 101 suggestions –many of them really good and completely reasonable to try.

I’m going to sit down and really think through these suggestions and apply it to the areas where I need a good injection of inspiration and motivation. It’s all part of making sure that all facets of life are in alignment because if one part is off kilter, it throws a bunch of other stuff off balance. Can’t be out of balance –ain’t nobody got time for that!
I taught my first solo CrossFit Impavidus Teens class last night. The pic on the left has them working on their squat form. I love working with teens -Teens are a weird species, but in a wonderful quirky way.
So still not 100% better from the flu, but I would say 94% better!
