To Cleanse or Not…


CFI GangLast night, I was out to dinner with some of the staff from CrossFit Impavidus. We went to Mortons for steak and good times with people that are family.

This week has been tough physically for me. I have fell off the wagon in regards to my nutrition. My birthday was the straw that broke the camel’s back –and I need to refocus. I am considering doing a three day cleanse to get my body back into balance.

A few of my friends have done this Dr Oz Three Day cleanse 

Eliminate harmful toxins, restore your system, and reset your body with this detox cleanse from Dr. Oz. All you need is 3 days, a blender and $16 a day!

I am going to give it a go starting Sunday. I have never done a cleanse before but really need something to kickstart my body again. I can feel the poundage creeping back on and I feel really uncomfortable and my clothes aren’t fitting the way they used to.

And heck, I can use a new challenge and this sounds like a good one!  Who wants to do it with me?? Bueller?!!
