You’re Awesomely Confident


yourawesomeI am sore from yesterday’s workout. I didn’t realize it until I was stretching and warming up for today’s workout but walking OH lunges do a number on you each and every time!

  • 10 squats
  • 4 Sampson Stretch
  • 4 Instep Lunges
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 squats

WOD

  • Ring Rows (10 down to 1)
  • Dumbbell Hang Clean Squats (1 to 10)
  • After each round: 3 burpees
