I had the best surprise last night. I went to Highbar CrossFit and three of my friends from CFI were there checking it out. I was so happy to see them and of course to workout with them. These ladies are some of my most favorite people and I loved getting my WOD on with them. Itw as a tough one too and it was hot and muggy. Ugh!
