I am so happy to hear the news today about the SCOTUS decision on Prop 8. I have always thought –who the heck cares what people do who want to be together and is based on love? How can that be bad? Who am I to judge? People are people and are allowed to have fair rights –why is the thought of marriage only afforded to straight people? Marriage is a partnership, grounded in love. Period.

It’s my rest day — so no workout to report. I did want to share a new feature I added to my blog called Tint Up. If you look to the right bottom, you will see a scrolling list of images, links and info I share on my Twitter and Facebook accounts. I share a ton of worthwhile articles and perspectives I find and thought it would be helpful to compile it to share easier.

I am thinking of switching up the blog a bit and making it more like a community –with my blog, curated content about health and fitness, a community to share info, images etc with one another to make it more useful and encompassing of the things that I think make people Live Fit and Sore!
