I am focused on moving forward. That will be my new mantra. If it doesn’t help me grow, progress and move forward –then it’s a waste of brain space. My mind has been racing and I have been having trouble sleeping. So – moving forward is what I need to concentrate on.
It was a long workout — and I knew it as soon as I saw the time cap of 35 minutes on the board. This is CrossFit –it’s rare to do a full workout for longer than 25-30!

Yuck.Yuck and more Yuck. I took a lot of time on the SDHP to work on my form. I need a lot of help with SDHPs and my form is crap – so I worked on doing each one carefully. Coach Randy helped me a long the way – I want to constantly go into a squat position which is too low! I will work on my weakness.
