I am NOT Superwoman!


I felt pretty good this AM although still a bit sore. I am glad I took yesterday off. 3 hard intense days of CrossFit calls for a day off. I am not Superwoman!

This morning’s workout was all about the muscle up. Well for me, it was a modified muscle up because if you have been reading my blog for a bit, technique is always a challenge for me. But I keep cracking away at it —
