Wednesdays I do group training at 545a. It’s a bit more one on one training than the bootcamps are. There are 6 women and we do 5 stations rotating after a min a station 2x. Then we do what our trainer, MT, calls the PT station. It’s a more intense 3 station workout to finish out the day.
We get weighed each session and at the end of that month, we get our body fat checked. Every month the session changes.
This session we are doing tricep curls 30#, snatch 45lbs, hang knee rollups, plyo-pushups, and lateral squats, where we stretch one leg out and bend the other all the way to a box with a 25lb bar on our backs. (the weights are what I am using, not necessarily what everyone uses)
The PT station is pullups, one max box jump, and 35lb dumbell squats (30, 20, 10).
