Having an off day


I don’t feel so good today but went to camp anyway. Which in some ways is good but in another – probably not the best idea because the entire time I just thought about how I wanted to go home and my overall numbers were not so good.

Workout:

Warmup –
practice double unders which I still am not able to do! But I am going to practice extra because it’s pissing me off.

Core –
Stability Ball Mania 2 rounds:

reverse back lifts
reverse leg and back lifts

I didn’t post good numbers and probably could have done some heavier weights in general but my body and mind were just not into it today. I seriously contemplated leaving after round 1 but of course I didn’t. You know you are having an off day when thoughts like that seep into your mind.

    Snatches – 65lbs (I had to switch to kind of a clean/press on these as it was too much weight)
    Box Jumps (w/a 45lb weight on top)
    Time – 13:29
    Cool down, lol – 200 Medicine ball (15lb) throw w/a crunch w/a partner feet were not intertwined. We were the only female group and we won! 8:23
