Monday, Monday


Here’s a pic of me after my work out this AM and the April documentation. It was a tough one and the change in season seems to do a wonder on my asthma. I had a lot of issues breathing today but got through it. Weigh in day and I apparently lost 3lbs but I have been up in weight for the past few weeks, so I am sure it is all evening out.

I have been eating more protein in general the last week or so, which may be the difference in the scales. Time will tell…

bicycles (moving your torso up and then just slightly towards the ground)
25 bottom up push-ups

reverse grip backwards rows/push-ups using the barbell
push press 25lbs/squat thrusts
200m run
Back Squats 65lbs

    I was the first and only girl to finish (3rd overall) 52:30. I also ran 1/2 mile before the workout and my complete calorie burn for the morning was over 800 calories!
