I headed over to Crossfit Impavidus for an evening workout. The thing about crossfit is you never know what the WOD is going to be. Sometimes its a long one, sometimes short — the actual WOD today was 10 min time frame. I finished in 8:30m. The first part of the workout is a warm up, then a skill review, then WOD.
