Today’s workout was one of the nasty girls of CrossFit – Elizabeth. The last time I did this girl was Feb 2011. I didn’t really remember her all that well but I won’t forget her this time! I love that I have records of how I did the last time I was challenged with a particular workout so that I can compare and I am happy to say that I improved by 1m 52s. Not too shabby. I probably could have pushed it a bit harder but I got confused during the first round of which movement I was doing and I am still super sore from Monday’s dead hang party – not that those are excuses! I still improved!
