What Can You Do to Fix Bad Posture

This site offers some good tips – but I think first thing is being aware of it as an issue.  You don’t know what you don’t know and the key to fixing anything is to know it needs to be fixed. So, ask someone you trust to evaluate your posture for you by sight.

And ask people around you to help in your quest for better posture. Have them keep an eye out and whenever they see you committing the crime of bad posture, tell them to call it out! Awareness of when you are doing it can help break bad habits.

I am constantly battling bad posture –it’s a challenge all the time. When I get tired, it gets worse. I have a few friends at CrossFit that help call it out for me. Have you ever seen a pic of yourself that someone took unbeknownst to you and noticed your slouch? I have –and man, it looks horrifically bad. Not flattering and personally, I think it makes you look heavier than you are. I don’t need any help in that department!
