I went out for a bit last night to to a neighborhood holiday cookie/ornament exchange party. It’s hard to go off your routine but worthwhile on occasion. I didn’t get back too late but did stay up past my normal 930p bedtime. During the party, people were assuming I would skip my workout this morning.…
